Karen Adams

Karen joined Business Moves Group in December 2022 and focuses on business development in the north of England and Scotland in key locations including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle. She has been in business development for 14 years and has previous experience in the commercial relocation industry.

Karen is a real people person and has an amazing warmth and energy that draws people in. Her core role is to create and develop relationships with current and potential clients, as well as third parties. She introduces our portfolio of services and supports clients by demonstrating the value of early engagement in a project to ensure a smoother project, from relocation to workplace change.

She is on the road often attending various networking events and meeting people across the north of England and Scotland. This includes visiting potential clients on site and scheduling site surveys so projects can be scoped and costed out in further detail. Thanks to the large network she has developed over the years, Karen is often able to make introductions to third parties who she knows will add value to a client project. She is respected as someone who delivers on her promises which is why people come back to work with her time and again.

In her spare time Karen loves to cook and spend time with her family, including her three children and two young grandchildren, who have her wrapped around their fingers! She is a really northern girl with excellent family values. With Karen, what you see is what you get – and she loves a hug!
