Absolutely! Every single employee – whether current or new start - undergoes Employee Security Screening to British Standard 7858:2012 and NQA 3000. New employees complete it right at the start - during their induction process.

As a result, we ensure all personnel are screened for a minimum of five years prior to starting work with us. We have taken every precaution not to employ people whose career/history indicates that they may be compromised or create a breach of security.
