Nationwide warehousing and staging
Our nationwide network of warehouses means we can accept large-scale deliveries, distribute to clients at preferred timings, and hold returned items for as long as needed.
White glove delivery
Our skilled crews undergo enhanced background checks and operate a secure, tracked vehicle fleet to guarantee a reliable experience from start to finish. All deliveries are tracked with GPS.
Surveys and scoping
Every project begins with a technical survey of each site. We assess access, on-site constraints, timings and the specialist equipment each location requires, and we factor accessibility and the necessary risk assessments in at the same time. This feeds directly into the logistics plan, so delivery and installation are scoped accurately before any work begins.
On-site installation and commissioning
We provide delivery to and from the point of use, installation and decommissioning, network installation and setup, green button testing and customer demonstrations. In addition to our own vehicles and drivers, we have technical teams who can carry out installations and liaise with other contractors, such as electricians.
Decommission and returns management
Reverse logistics We provide management of redundant equipment and waste materials as part of our end-to-end solutions. All packaging is removed from sites and all disposal and recycling complies with the WEEE directive.
Project management and rollout coordination
Every project runs through a single point of contact, so accountability sits in one place from start to finish. Within that model we devise the project plan and coordinate the rollout, from organising routes to making parking arrangements with Local Authorities, applying consistent standards across every location.
