Sharon Sales brings extensive experience in customer service leadership, administration and operational governance from across the facilities management and workplace change sectors.
In her role at BMG, Sharon leads the customer service and administrative teams, ensuring clients receive a consistent and professional experience throughout every project. She has introduced a structured customer journey that includes first day check-in calls and post-project follow-ups, supported by insight from surveys, journey mapping and mystery shopper activity.
Sharon strengthens BMG's approach to compliance and accreditation, embedding the company's ISO standards, CHAS, SafeContractor and other certifications into everyday workflows. She makes processes clearer, simpler and easier for teams to follow, whilst representing BMG in client meetings to provide updates on ESG performance and social value activity.
A significant part of Sharon's remit is the development of BMG's charity redistribution service. She builds partnerships with community organisations, creates clear pathways for redundant furniture donation and produces client materials that highlight the environmental and social benefits of reuse. This work directly supports BMG's circular economy approach and helps clients meet their sustainability commitments.
