Odro is one of the UK’s leading technology providers within the recruitment industry, specialising in automation and AI. They recently underwent a significant office relocation within Glasgow. Having spent four successful years in its vibrant HQ, affectionately known as the Craic Den, the move marked the end of an era – and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
The new workspace is only a short distance away, but it represents a major upgrade for the business – complete with a rooftop bar and panoramic views of the city.
Odro was looking for a provider who could manage a complex move on a tight timeline. With high-value assets and a large volume of equipment involved, getting it right was absolutely critical. We were proud to support Odro through this transition, delivering a tailored package of relocation, secure storage, and recycling services with minimal disruption to Odro’s operations.

Odro’s office was full of character, and understandably sentimental to the team. Our role was to support a seamless departure while safeguarding the items – and memories – that mattered.
Our relocation strategy for Odro was meticulously planned and delivered to ensure a smooth transition from its much-loved HQ to a new, upgraded space in Glasgow. The project was structured into three core phases:
We worked closely with the Odro team to ensure all assets were relocated safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business operations. This included dismantling and reassembling IT equipment, protecting furniture during transit, and ensuring sensitive items were handled with care.

The relocation was completed to schedule, ensuring Odro’s team could walk into a ready-to-use workspace and begin this new chapter without delay.
We also provided secure storage for items not immediately required at the new office. These included specialist pieces of equipment and furniture requiring extra care. All items were packed with protective materials and transported to our monitored facility for safekeeping, and an asset list is available for Odro to easily make requests for items.
In line with Odro’s commitment to responsible operations, we managed the recycling and disposal of redundant items in an environmentally responsible way, including WEEE waste.
