Our customer is a very successful, fast-growing internet company. Their huge growth meant they needed additional office central square, Krakow, Poland.

There was a lot to move. Plus we had two extra complications:

  • Language barriers - so we wouldn’t be able to understand each other
  • Weight restrictions in the square - so we wouldn’t be able to use our big trucks there

We overcame the first by putting two UK based delivery managers – one of who speaks fluent Polish – on site to oversee the install.

And we overcame the second by transhipping the load from our heavy artic lorries into smaller Luton vehicles.

Both worked well. In fact, the whole project did. All works were completed on schedule and within budget. This was much cheaper for the customer than buying new furniture.

This project was an awesome challenge. We loved it. And we were very proud that the team worked so well together to make it work. It saved the customer a lot of time and money, and made best use of their existing furniture.
