ite decommissioning & installation

We can decommission and remove legacy equipment, through returning units to secure facilities, reformatting to factory settings and preparing them for resale through trade channels – all with full audit documentation.

Our white glove service includes scheduled delivery windows aligned to operational requirements, site readiness checks, internal placement using stair walkers or hydraulic equipment where needed, unpacking, removal of packaging and confirmation that equipment is positioned as intended. For technical assets, this extends to network connection, operational testing and demonstration to site staff on equipment upkeep.

When installation is complete, all loose packaging is taken away and sustainably managed through reuse and recycling.

Emergency response

We provide emergency logistics for utilities, supporting outages, failures and urgent infrastructure moves.

Before your move, we compile a digital inventory of all equipment and its condition, and we work with you to reinstall and test all units following the move. Our job isn’t done until everything has been checked and approved.
