In addition to the relocation, the project involves sustainable furniture solutions. This begins with a thorough audit to determine quantity, condition and the location of all furniture. Following the audit, BMG will work with Three to determine the best solution for all furniture, including reuse, resale, recycling and donation. The goal is nil to landfill as possible to meet Three's Corporate Social Responsibility targets. Three have has also confirmed that suitable furniture can be donated to local schools.

With majority staff not able to attend site due to the current Covid-19 Tier 4 Lockdown restrictions BMG will be securely bagging all personal locker items in the Maidenhead office, many of which have been there since staff started working remotely in Lockdown 1.  BMG will relocate these bags to the Reading office for the staff to collect once they can return to office safely.

The project will be managed by Gleeds, a leading property and construction consultancy who are providing Project Management Office, Cost Management and Relocation Project Management services to Three.

Dave Myers, Sales Director at BMG commented: “A two-pronged relocation project is an exciting challenge and we’re delighted to be supporting Three. The project is particularly meaningful to BMG as we are based in Reading and it’s great to work with a company that employs so many in the local area.”

William Robinson, Senior Workspace Manager at Three added: “Relocating staff to Reading and then to a new Central Office is a complex task and we were keen to work with a relocation expert. BMG ticks all of the boxes, from its expertise in relocation to sustainability credentials. We’re excited to get underway and move to our new Central Office with the minimum disruption to our employees and customers.”
