Business Moves Group appointed to NHS Shared Business Services Framework Agreement for Hard Facilities Management

Workplace change and relocation specialist Business Moves Group (BMG) has been named a supplier to NHS Shared Business Services’ (NHS SBS) Hard Facilities Management 2 (Hard FM) framework agreement. The appointment follows a competitive tender process and marks the first time that BMG has been appointed to one of NHS SBS’s extensive portfolio of framework agreements.

The Hard FM framework is free to access for all UK public sector bodies and offers potential saving opportunities of 5 – 10 per cent. It has been specifically developed for the requirements of the NHS  and healthcare sector. Services covered include estate and FM services, building maintenance services and relocation services.

The framework agreement started in April and will run for two years, with a potential two-year extension.

Business Moves Group has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. The company supported a major healthcare provider during the pandemic and boasts expertise in the unique challenges of a hospital relocation.

BMG has already worked on a handful of projects via the framework since it commenced in April.
